Lets see now? Spend 8 weeks this summer in Topeka or in Ecuador?
Brenda and I had some tough choices regarding June and July this year. We could do the usual. I could mow lawns all summer and Brenda could get a temp job of some kind. On weekends, we could go to Sams Club for free samples and maybe spend a couple weekends in KC.
OR
We could sell the mowers. Close up the house and go to Ecuador for 2 months. Maybe even enroll in a Spanish Language school. Do something different, interesting and fun. Eat different foods and experience a different culture.
HOUSING IN CUENCA:
There were a couple glitches in the housing arrangements, but I think that it is all good now.

I have heard Ecuador is quite nice. Have traveled to Yucatan by car, but never got to central or South America. Sounds great.
